Farcaster Frames will always change the web3 interactive game. You will be able to exchange tokens and cast NFT directly from the social media APP.

Let us understand the big things behind Farcaster Frames.

Whenever you publish external websites on Twitter or Facebook, you usually see some previews on the page.It mainly comes from the metadata label defined on the homepage of the website. The function of displaying the website preview is enabled by the Open Graph Protocol.

The open map protocol provides the metadata label list you can define in the HTML of the webpage.Whenever the social media client requests the webpage, it also displays the results according to the metadata label defined in the preview.

Social media platforms such as X and Facebook have been using the limited implementation of the open map protocol. This agreement usually only shares the image of the web pages requested by you.

However, developers do have the ability to achieve more interactive previews through expansion of open map standards.

Farcaster Frames is such an implementation. It is done by FarCaster developer Varunsrin, allowing WarPCast users to change any CAST transaction interactive application.

Users can embed the button, call the external URL, and call the output of the image as required according to the button. For example, if I want to create a framework to show the token economics of five tokens I like, I can achieve it by embedding five buttons with token names.

As an end user, you only need to click the tokens to view its token economics. In more advanced examples,Developers can create a framework for casting NFT. The end user only needs to click to cast NFT -this is the best user experience that we can imagine in Web3.

As we are discussing,Frames is an Open Graph implementation. It is an open source standard that can be used by every web2 and web3 social media platforms in the world.Such implementation can create a seamless cross -chain experience for users.

In the future, we can also see the framework that allows users to trade to the tokens directly from the front -end social media, and there is no need to pass a external website.

I am optimistic about the thoughts behind Frames. I believe that other teams will think of more implementation of the open map protocol in the future. You don’t want to miss Frames’s magic, and quickly join Warpcast.
