To build a solid community and make our services easy for users to use, we promise airdrops through the OCAP (Over Community Access Program) program. The token will be allocated to users who contribute to the OVER ecosystem based on three criteria: honesty, diligence and scoring.
Airdrop opportunity: Who can claim it?
-
OverWallet: Users who have passed Sybil detection. The amount of airdrop depends on your OverWallet points, friend cards and testnet activities.
-
Q: What if I fail the Sybil test?
-
A: Even if you do not pass the Sybil test, only accounts that meet strict standards will receive airdrops. Therefore, it is best to participate in the Sybil detection process.
-
OverNode: Users who have met the Open Beta Testnet Season 1 and Season 2 event requirements.OverNode airdrops do not require Sybil detection.
-
Netherlands NFT: Each NFT will airdrop 764.64 OVER.Sybil detection is not required.
-
OKX Cryptopedia: Participants in the Cryptopedia mission will receive airdrops to their OKX wallet address.
-
HashKey Sybil Detection Task: Task participants will receive airdrops.
Detailed standards for airdrops will be announced on August 30.
By the way, if you have been actively involved in OverWallet events, check out the following information.
More details about “OverWallet: Users Detected by Sybil”
a. Airdrops are an excellent way to distribute tokens to early contributors, providing them with an opportunity to participate in the mainnet ecosystem.
b. However, there are many risks of misuse of accounts that are not interested in the long-term success of the project, but instead use multiple accounts or robots to pursue financial benefits, a problem that has been proven in many cases.
c. Such behaviors can negatively affect those who truly care and contribute to the ecosystem.
To address this, we plan to implement several measures to block dishonest accounts and to fairly allocate airdrops to users who contribute sincerely.
Sybil detection tasks
a. In May, the first Sybil detection task in collaboration with Flipster (CEX) successfully screened out many accounts. The new Sybil detection mission in partnership with HashKey (CEX) is designed to provide a second chance for true early contributors who are unable to successfully complete the mission on Flipster for a variety of reasons.
b. It is worth noting that many abuse activities were detected during the OverWallet task and testnet activities. Therefore, in order to obtain the airdrops assigned to these activities, we strongly recommend passing the Sybil detection task.
Internal Standards
a. Some real contributors may be unable to complete the Sybil detection task due to factors such as geographical or economic barriers (such as the inability to obtain a passport).
b. To avoid detrimental to these contributors, we will develop internal standards that grant them the same qualifications as those who complete the task. These criteria are based on testnet activities and will be determined after reviewing data from the HashKey task.
c. Since these standards will be applied very strictly, we strongly recommend participating in HashKey tasks where possible. For those who cannot complete Sybil detection, we will collect OverWallet email addresses via Google Forms on the last day of the HashKey task.
The new Sybil detection mission will begin on Monday, August 19th.
Stay tuned for the next announcement and be ready to participate!
