作者：田大侠（@Web3Donny） *本篇文章初稿写于去年11月，文章里涉及到的事件信息已与杜均确认后正式发布。 新加坡，常年30多度，这是杜均搬到新加坡的第六年。 他的老家重庆在夏天的时候和这里很像，高温、潮湿，往往一场暴雨倾盆而下，酷暑和凉爽的交替，但不同的是， 重庆有春夏秋冬，而新加坡，一年四季都是盛夏。 作为一位连续创业者、投资人，杜均已经在区块链Web3这个行业摸爬滚打了十多年，在他的身上，有赞扬、同样也有争议，他懂投资，同样也懂营销。 不可否认大家在提到杜均的时候会加上很多标签，但哪一个才是真的呢？ 去年10月，ABCDE Capital 在新加坡举办的一场Web3黑客增长训练营全球游学的活动，在这样一个背景下，终于见到了杜均。 这位身价上亿的创业者，看到他的时候你会感觉到： “好像和我二孃家经常带我打游戏的大表哥也没多大区别”。 但就是这样一位看上去非常“接地气”的人物，曾参与创办火币集团、ChainUP等区块链企业，并在Web3的江湖里，继续搅动着属于自己的故事。 在起风时创业，做自己的风向 杜均说他17岁左右便离开老家重庆，去到北京，成为一位名副其实的“北漂”。后来凭借商业敏锐的嗅觉，通过域名等生意，累积了第一笔财富。 2007年，杜均入职康盛公司，通过两届站长大会，他在站长圈以及互联网创业者群体中小有名声，在康盛也站稳了脚跟。 2010年，随着腾讯收购康盛公司，杜均迅速成为腾讯最年轻的P3级员工，并负责管理一支几十人的团队。 不过在入职腾讯后他才意识到自己过去的方法论过于简单。 “因为在一个复杂而竞争激烈的行业中，仅凭个人的简单经验是无法跟上时代的步伐和市场的变化的。 因此他每天来到公司，就只做一件事，那就是下载腾讯内部的知识材料，然后不断学习。 他坦言时至今日，他的一些工作习惯皆来自于腾讯的这段时间。比如内网大量的内部资料可以随时学习；面试上百号人让他累计了比较丰富的招聘和沟通经验；专业的培训体系和工作流程，让自己走向职业。 同时，最重要的也是这期间认识了很多朋友，创业路上一直帮忙。 杜均在社交平台分享在腾讯的经历 在“另类投资群”，第一次买比特币 在黑客增长训练营的分享会上，杜均曾谈起第一次买比特币的故事。 当时他和朋友有一个群，名字大概叫 “另类投资群”。 他开玩笑说这个群非常另类，就是和朋友们投资各种“千奇百怪”的东西。 “反正投的要不就是天上飞的，要不就是地上跑的，以及你没见过的”。 大概在2012年，杜均在第一次听说比特币时，就在这个“另类投资群”里和几个朋友交流，反正都是“另类投资”，群里几哥俩就决定试试。…
