Ethereum DAT Treasury Strategy Company: When will ETH sell?

Author: 0xTodd Source: X,@0x_Todd

Good ending 1- Falling

When the price of crypto assets is significantly higher than their position building costs, they cash out under shareholder/tax requirements, although transferring the address will slightly affect floating profits.

Weice has transferred some coins before to “optimize taxation”, but it has not caused the effect of checkout or market crash.

But for their funding scale – it doesn’t matter.3000 average cost is 6000 to sell, and it’s already very good to have big funds.

Good ending 2- Fall in love

If they make enough money, human nature will copy their own path to success. Those who started out with Ethereum DAT may try to make other altcoins in the future, and may change cars at this time.

Normal ending 1- Hedge delivery

If they think their holdings are about to top, they will stop buying or even prepare to ship.

Even if their on-chain addresses are transparent, they do not prevent them from being low-key hedged through contracts and options, thus retaining a little bit of the fruits of victory.

Ordinary ending 2- No one cares about it

If mNAV is below 1 for a long time, the company will think that it is a loss to continue issuing additional stocks now, so some coins may be thrown out to appropriately pull back mNAV.

According to my experience, only the “two-way rigid anchor” in the world is effective, and only the project can be anchored by “psychological anchor” alone.

Bad ending 1- Financial pressure

For example, Tesla, which has been in 22 years, had to sell 3/4 of its Bitcoin holdings due to financial pressure. These institutions may also have similar financial pressure at some time in the future.

Bad ending 2- Stop loss

If the reverse is reversed, the cost of building a position is significantly higher than the current price, and the entire game cannot continue. One day, you can only stop loss and try to get back through a lower bottom.

Of course, these are just long-term final guesses, and do not mean that I am bearish or have a negative view of DAT in the near future. When the drums are not stopping, you should continue to play music and dance.

As for when will the drums stop? That’s what the next post wants to share, mainly three indicators: position building cost, CEO/CFO/board personnel changes, and mNAV that is under 1 for a long time.
