President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign is looking for a Meme expert, apparently to win the support of Gen Z voters.
The Biden presidential campaign has released a “partner manager” position in which a successful candidate will be responsible for starting and managing “participating in the day-to-day operations of popular content and Meme pages in the Internet.”
According to Indeed,The Biden team will pay Meme managers in Wilmington, Delaware, $65,000 to $85,000 a year, slightly higher than the average pay for digital marketers in the U.S.
According to the job description, the main task of the candidates who are required by the Biden team is to manage their relationships with digital media companies, podcasts and “Meme pages on multiple social media platforms.”
Biden’s team had previously been involved in emoticons, and his campaign adopted the “Dark Brandon” laser-eye emoticon in early 2022, trying to portray the 81-year-old as an internet-savvy person.

In February, Biden was asked by Seth Meyers about the “Dark Brandon Meme” on his late night show.He replied, “I feel so disgusted by this” and put on a pair of dark pilot sunglasses.
At the White House reporter dinner in April, Biden put on his sunglasses again and mentioned the role amid the cheers of the audience.
The move appears to be the latest effort by the oldest president in U.S. history to win over the younger generation of voters.
Many Democrats also seem to have changed their stance on cryptocurrencies after presidential candidate Donald Trump supports cryptocurrencies to clearly win votes.
On the other side of the political line, Trump is no stranger to emoticons. His August 2023 photo went viral after being sued for a fourth indictment at the Fulton County Jail.

His campaign took the opportunity to immediately start selling T-shirts, mugs and merchandise with the image, and in December launched the “MugShot” Non-Fluent Token (NFT) line.
In early May, the Trump-themed MAGA memecoin rebounded after Trump made a pro-cryptocurrency comment.
