RD Technologies completed a US$7.8 million A1 round of financing, with Sequoia China, Hivemind Capital, Aptos Labs, Hash Global, SNZ Capital, Solana Foundation, Anagram and Upward Capital participating.The funds raised will enable Yuanbi Technology to connect the Web2 and Web3 worlds and continue to contribute to the construction of the Hong Kong Web3 ecosystem.

Web3 multiplayer battle arena game development studio Moonray Studio announced that it has raised $8.25 million through two rounds of financing, with Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures and Cardano participating, and also establishing a game development partnership with Digital Void and Reel FXStreaming content partnerships and user acquisition partnerships with gaming guilds such as YGG, Snack Club and Unix.

Decentralized AI training network Nodepay has completed a new round of financing, with Animoca Brands, Jump Crypto, Elevate Ventures, OKX Blockdream, Mirana Ventures, NGC Ventures and others participating in the investment, and the specific financing amount and valuation information have not been disclosed yet.

Nodepay supports users to use unused Internet bandwidth for AI training and convert contributions into digital assets, thus promoting the development of artificial intelligence technology. Its platform says that blockchain technology can ensure privacy in data sources.

ZAR

Digital Wallet ZAR completed an angel round of financing, and angel investors including MonkeDAO, Big Brain Holdings, Solana Labs toly, former Coinbase Chief Technology Officer Balaji and other angel investors participated in the investment. The specific financing amount and valuation information have not been disclosed yet.

ZAR is a digital wallet, and new funds will drive its expansion of merchants, with its app supporting digital dollars and global transactions via virtual and physical debit cards.

RoOLZ

RoOLZ announced that it had completed a $1 million private equity round, with TON, Contango Digital Assets, and Yolo Investments participating in the investment, and the specific valuation information has not been disclosed yet.
